Fields of Practice: He is an experienced Barrister (advocate) who undertakes all areas of civil law (claims and defence) - including contract, commercial, partnership disputes, negligence, clinical negligence, professional negligence, personal injury claims and defences, landlord and tenant, land law, boundary disputes, trust law. He has wide experience in these areas, and has appeared regularly in all levels of Courts in England & Wales up to and including the Court of Appeal.
